There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Pickerington real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
A Short Bio..
Dan Gregor has been a full time real estate professional and member of The Columbus Board of Realtors since first being licensed as an agent in April of 1973. Dan received his broker’s license in 1980. His background includes a wide range of experience consisting of property management and new homes sales in addition to residential sales. He has also been associated with almost every type of firm in Central Ohio; small and large, independent and franchise firms, plus traditional and 100% companies.
During his career he has served on committees at both the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR) and Building Industry Asssociation (BIA) of Central Ohio and received multiple awards from those organizations including CBR’s 25 Million Dollar Club and the BIA’s 5 Million Dollar Award. He has also served as an officer and past president of the Tri-County Real Estate Association.
Dan has a 2 year associates degree in Real Estate from Ohio University and has received the ABR, CRS, E-Pro and GRI designations from the National Association of Realtors. He has completed all of Howard Brinton’s intensive university level training programs and served as a speaker at the Ohio Association of Realtors Convention.
He has been broker and owner of Prudential American Realty Center since July of 2004 with offices in the Pickerington area. Dan and his wife, Kris also reside in the Pickerington area .
